At your first visit, you will have a comprehensive evaluation by one of our skilled physical therapists where they will ask you questions about your health and symptoms to determine how you can benefit from physical therapy. Water-based therapy provides a low-impact alternative to traditional rehabilitation and physical therapy treatment. You’ll take part in water exercises to gain strength and balance without stressing your body.
