Our Childbirth class is a 4-week class, meeting 2 hours, once a week.
Topics covered include the science of pregnancy, nutrition advice, how to prepare for birth, managing labor stages, tips and tricks for pain management, vaginal vs. cesarean birth, breastfeeding, and how to care for a new infant. Significant others and babies are always welcome.
June classes will be held virtually.
All Nash UNC Women’s Center childbirth and breastfeeding classes will be offered virtually during the month of June. Participants will use WebEx to attend class from the comfort of their own home.
